Practical Information

Here you’ll find the key practical details for families joining our weekly classes - from how to book a trial, to fees, uniforms and term dates.

Fees, Trials & Payments

Weekly classes are booked and paid for by term, to support consistency and progression.

We offer paid trials for most classes, subject to availability, so families can feel confident before committing.

Fees are charged per class, paid termly in advance, using our tiered pricing model:

Pricing table comparing class lengths of 45 and 60 minutes, with prices for Concession, Standard, and Supporter categories.

Concession rate - Available for families receiving Universal Credit (proof of eligibility required).

Supporter rate - For families who are able and wish to help subsidise access for others.

A one-off registration fee of £15 applies when joining OKD.

In some circumstances, payment plans may be available by arrangement. If you’d like to discuss this, please get in touch.

To book a trial, ask about availability or discuss fees, please contact our Enrolment Coordinator Carolyn: info@olivekanedance.com

Uniform

OKD has a simple, practical uniform designed to support safe movement and consistency across classes. Full uniform details are shared on enrolment.

We have an online dancewear shop with recommended items.

We encourage families to swap, pass on or donate uniforms where possible.

For health and safety, we ask that hair is kept tidy and off the face, and that no jewellery is worn in class.
